1. The app
Shrinksmith is provided “as is”. It compresses images on your phone to the file size you choose; how sharp the result can be depends on the photo and the size limit. Size presets are generic file-size and pixel-size settings. Shrinksmith is not affiliated with any government, embassy, exam body or employer, and we cannot guarantee that a website or form will accept a particular image — always check the requirements of the place you submit to. Shrinksmith never changes or deletes your original photos.
2. Shrinksmith Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro tool temporarily; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
